Contract Violation Protocol 

If a student is in violation of any of the clauses included in the Post Production Equipment and Facilities Use Contract and/or the Hazmat Quiz for the Photo Facilities, they will be held to the following rules: 

• 1st Violation will result in a written warning to the student and their professor. 
• 2nd Violation will result in a 48 hour suspension and a written notice of this suspension sent to the student and their professor. 
• 3rd Violation will result in a 7 day suspension and a written notice of this suspension sent to the student and their professor. 

This protocol is subject to revision and modification at the discretion of the Post Production Managers, depending on the frequency and severity of the Violations found within the Post Production Facilities. For any questions and needed information, please reach out to postproduction@emerson.edu.
