Troubleshooting

Q: Why is the camera not turning on?

A: Check that the battery is charged and that the cable are securely pushed in. DON'T FORCE THE CABLE!

Tips & Tricks

Use the extra D-Tap slots:

      • Cable management is a great way to get a little extra time on set. Run monitors to the v-mount instead of relying on the batteries and cut out the need to swap a bunch of different batteries at different times.
      • Organize the slots so troubleshooting is the most efficient it can be!
