Zotero is a citation manager - a program used to keep track of the references you use in a project, then output them in a variety of formats. You can use it to create footnotes, endnotes, in-text citations, and even full bibliographies. If you’ve ever used a citation generator like EasyBib or Citation Machine, then you can think of Zotero as a much more powerful version of the same kind of tool. Computers in the Iwasaki Library should already have Zotero installed, but to get the most out of it, you'll need to install it on your personal computer.
