Troubleshooting
Q: The film is making a crunching noise when rolling.
A: The film is misaligned and the camera sprockets are creating new holes in the film. You will need to reload the film.
Q: The film spooled out while I was unloading it in the changing bag!
A: Continue to put it in the can as neatly as possible. Write a note on the can to the lab saying it is not spooled.
Q: The battery is hooked up to the camera but the camera isn't rolling.
