In order to get your signature and file and gain access to EDC equipment, you will need to review the EDC Terms of Use and complete the linked form at the bottom of the page.

Upon agreeing to the EDC Terms of Use via the Google Form, our staff will enter your signature into the Webcheckout database within two to three hours. Your signature will then be on-file, allowing you access to Patron Portal and the ability to rent equipment from the EDC.
