The IT Help Desk, located on the 5th floor of the Walker Building, has a wealth of equipment available to Emerson College students, faculty, and staff to borrow.
Borrowing Instructions
- Reserve equipment online via our Patron Portal (sign in with your Emerson credentials). For more information, check out our guide on accessing the PatronPortal.
- Place all online reservations at least 2 hours before the pickup time.
- Equipment can also be reserved in person, via phone at 617-824-8080, or by email at helpdesk@emerson.edu
- Operating hours for equipment borrowing are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 9:45 pm, and Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:45 pm.
- You must show your Emerson ID to the front desk staff when you are picking up or dropping off.
