Not seeing a change you made to your site?

If your site is not reflecting a change and you do not want to wait for it to fix itself—administrator roles can manually clear the cache.

Steps:

  1. Go to your Dashboard
  2. Select the LiteSpeed Cache icon in the toolbar
  3. Select Purge All

Too many redirects (and your site was created before February ‘25)?

If your site cannot load and shows an error mentioning redirects—administrator roles can disable the LiteSpeed Cache plugin to fix this.

Steps:

  1. From your site’s Dashboard, go to main navigation and select LiteSpeed Cache
  2. Select Cache
  3. Set Enable Cache to OFF
  4. Select Save Changes
