A green check in the upper left of the app will indicate successful Avaya workplace connection.
If there is a blue check next or in place of the green check click on the initials “circle” and make sure the following are set:
My Presence – Available (green check)
Incoming Call Features – Send All Calls (no check) and Call Forward (no check)
Check your audio settings by clicking the mic icon in the lower right and make sure the top three audio settings (mic/listening/ring) are set to whatever you use for an audio device.
*Note- Sometimes a Zoom call will take over the audio so this is where to check to make sure things are set to your device and not Zoom or anything else but what you intend to use.
Click the three dots (next to the mic icon) in the lower right and check the box next to Grad Admission to accept calls for the Grad Admission line (8610) and click the three dots again to close that window. Uncheck the box to only allow calls to the extension you are logged into.
The app will indicate when a call comes into the Grad Admission line either through the popup in the lower right of your screen, the application itself if you have it open or both.
