Getting Started

Open either Chrome or Firefox web browser (use an incognito or private browser if you are using a computer other than your own) and login into

Make sure you get the Emerson College Single Sign-On screen before using your Emerson email and password to login.

Accept the Duo push.

For the first time logging in select None as the Station Type and click the green Next button in the lower right of the screen.

At the agent dashboard click your name un the upper right corner and selecting Settings.

Select Voice Channel on the left and uncheck all the boxes under General and Auto-Answer.

Click Apply in the lower right. 

Click your name in the upper right corner, select Logout.

Click the green Confirm button and close out of the browser.

It is very important to change the above settings and test your login before taking calls as an agent.
