Troubleshooting

Q: Can I bend the light?
A: No- do not physically bend or shape the light.

Q: My frame is not the X-Bend Frame.

A: Some of our kits have the plastic frame. Attach the light into the frame with the Velcro on the frame. These frames also do not have a safety cap as the ball adapter is permanently attached to the frame.

Q: There a some colors that are not lighting up on the diodes.

A: The light needs to be repaired - please contact the EDC for further assistance.
