When starting Vectorworks, you may see two pop-up messages before the software opens. These messages are normal.
Message 1: “User Folder Not Found”
What this means
Vectorworks cannot find the folder it uses to store the license information. This is common and does not stop the software from working.
Click Continue. Vectorworks will open and launch the login window.
Message 2: “Error Loading Vision Library”
This is a known Vectorworks issue and does not prevent the software from opening. Click OK. Vectorworks will continue loading normally.
After These Messages
Vectorworks will finish launching.
