Every report is stored in a folder. Folders can be public, hidden, or shared, and can be set to read-only or read/write. |

Dashboards |
A Salesforce dashboard is a quick way to view summary data from multiple reports at once. You can have up to 20 components on one dashboard. |

Courses |
A Course is an instance of a class that's offered at your educational institution and is typically associated with the Department that offers it. |
|
Course Sections |
A Course like “Introduction to Statistics” is often offered on a recurring basis, say every fall semester. A “Course Section” like Introduction to Statistics - Fall 2022 appears as an entry in the course catalog of courses available in particular term. |

Course Section Schedules |
Course Sections don't always meet at the same time or in the same place every day of the Term. The Course Offering Schedule object is used to track such variations by associating the Course Section with multiple schedules. Ex: Introduction to Statistics is offered on Monday and Wednesday from 6-9pm in Albert Hall. |

Course Assignments |
Used to track a faculty member's involvement with a Course Section such as an instructor, advisor, or other role. |
|
Special Assignment |
●A Special Assignment are assignments separate from regular ones ●A Special assignment can be associated with a Course Section but it does not have to. |

Terms |
A term is the length of time a standard course lasts. |
|
Part of Term |
A part of term is a set of dates that take place within a larger semester. |
