Getting started with Qualtrics

What is Qualtrics?

Qualtrics is the College approved application for designing and sending surveys.

All projects conducted at Emerson involving human subjects that meet the definition of research must be reviewed by the Institutional Research Board (IRB). Use IRB's decision tree to see if your project meets the definition of research.

Logging in

Standard access to Qualtrics is available to all Emerson users via Duo at qualtrics.emerson.edu. If you are unable to log into Qualtrics, please contact the IT Help Desk for assistance.

  • qualtrics.com/support has a search engine providing technical support which can be used for small questions or to send support to Brand Administrators.
  • The Qualtrics Basecamp houses on-demand training videos, live training videos/webinars, and certification courses.
