If you are running Windows 8, please submit a ticket here. Otherwise, continue below.

  1. At the bottom of this page download the two uninstall tools.
  2. Once downloaded, Double Click on one of the .msi files to launch the app. It does not matter which one goes first.
  3. Windows will prompt you with a message asking "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?" Select Yes.
  4. It will then prompt you to accept the EULA terms. Select Accept.

  5. Next, it will prompt you to enter a Captcha. Type the string of numbers and letters exactly as it's shown. Select Remove.

  6. Once finished it will prompt you to restart, select OK

  7. Now, launch the second .msi file and repeat steps 3 - 5
  8. Once finished it will prompt you to restart, select OK.

  9. Reboot your computer.

Once rebooted Kaspersky should no longer be installed on your system, and you should not be experiencing any issues launching applications.
