Banner Workflow is a flexible tool used to direct and automate business processes and the flow of information and “work” across departments. Notifications, approvals, and other processes happen automatically and consistently with the trigger of a business event, such as a new hire or admissions application.
First Support Contact: the Help Desk
- Requests for access from data owners/data custodians. An ERP access request form must accompany all requests.
- Support requests are handled through Self-Service
- System and software upgrades to meet business needs.
- Modifications to Workflow rules and roles with approvals from data custodians
- New projects must be submitted via a project request process.
- Access requests may take up to 48 hours.
- Some support cases may require users to create a ticket with Ellucian for resolution. The Enterprise Systems team will monitor case progress.
- Requests not submitted by data custodians.
